Sometimes Suspense is a great thing, In this case I under estimate my case load. I was doing an internship for Colon Hydrotherapy and Taking Anatomy And Physiology, needless to say those took priority over my daily blog and hobbies.. The good news is I'm am back and better than ever!

SO... My Farmer Market TOURS and Classes.... are being temporally postponed, We are looking for new locations. We desire to find a location that supports our vision, nurtures our creativity and supports our education style. We are passionate about sharing  our  education, and we know that education is key to health and wellness today.. Our location is the foundation and the soil for us to plant and sprout our seeds. A classroom setting in downtown Sacramento, is what we are manifesting... If anyone knows of location please email me at wsebby@gmail.com.We will keep you posted  as to when we will be reintroducing the classes.

I am so excited to be working with a good friend of Mine Becca Wise owner and operator.. Oh Cultured Kitchen. She is a self- maid Walking Passionate RAW encyclopedia,  That has stuck to her dreams she started out working at whole foods as we usually do and tinkering a round a kitchen. She went from is  putting her own products on shelves and  selling her cultured raw food at the  farmers markets  to having  full operating kitchen in West Sacramento and you can now get her product in all major health foods stores in Sacramento.

What a team to Raw foodies.. But really what our interests in in health in wellness and education..

So last BLOG I ended with digestion and health and why DIGESTION IS SO VERY IMPORTANT!!

There is a lot that actually goes into digestion... it's very simple but we have complicated it as a society  with all these chemicals, stress, and medications..

So Let start here what is health digestion.. Healthy digestion Is eating food slowly, Chewing the food thoroughly it's called mastication.. so in other words the longer you chew the faster the food will move through you body.. meaning your not slowing down or weighing down you digestion by bogging them down with big chucks of food. Most people including myself at times simply don't take the time to sit and enjoy there food and chew there food thoroughly try chewing 20 times per bite.

Second it's eating food from the earth, No Chemicals.. Our body doesn't know how to digest chemicals period.. It's like a foreign object in the body.. which forms gas, and can be stored in the body and cause diseases.. A lot of these calorie free food, may seem like its better for you but it is in the end does a lot more harm that good. The body didn't make bacteria to break down sucralose and either get stored in the body and then has harmful ramifications or is not digested at all. Homemade food or home cook foods. every 3 hours. to ensure our glucose level in our system are balanced with out getting to technical here. When we eat a meal we should be releasing a meal. when this doesn't happen we are storing it somewhere.  Our  Large intestine is over 10 feet long and our small intestine is over 17 feet long so we are storing fecal matter. Our intestine is filed with large pockets and groves. It is common in our society to be constipated it is NOT NORMAL! What is NORMAL?  Release after every meal you intake a meal. Our body's are stripped of healthy bacteria that system  that we as a society  have become accustom to being constipated.. it has become the norm with medication and stress.. Medication strip the health probiotic and flora in our intestines. The food we eat doesn't contain enzymes or any nutrients  which we require to break down our food,

SO how do we as a culture correct the issues, I say go back to the  basics.. We need good bacteria, flora, enzymes,  and we need to build them up and eat food from the earth and limit foods that are supportive. Resist antibiotics and medications. DO a Deep Cleanse 2 times a year, do colonics monthly and Juice... Eat organic and cook at home..

what kinds of food are good for digestion!!!!

1. Cultured food. Raw Sauerkraut, Kimchee., Raw Kefir,  Some Yogurts

what kinds of food are good for enzymes..

all kinds of sprouts, or get a garden of life Enzymes or any Enzymes Super important!

I believe we can heal our body in the food we eat and the juice we drink, there are a few supplements that I add into my diet today

Next well will talk about cost... pay it now or pay it in the hospital later.. I just got a call from a close friend... he's in the hospital; he got his gallbladder taken out.... WE will talk about how he could of prevented that!!

The Magic of Tryptophan

The Magic of Tryptophan Tryptophan, an essential amino acid, is widely known for its role in protein synthesis and as a precursor to serotonin—a neurotransmitter linked to mood regulation and sleep. However, its functions extend far beyond these commonly recognized roles. Recent studies uncover the fascinating involvement of tryptophan in gut health, particularly how gut microbes metabolize tryptophan into compounds that profoundly influence gastrointestinal (GI) function and overall well-being. This article explores the complex interactions of tryptophan in the gut, supported by cutting-edge research. Tryptophan’s "magic" truly begins in the gut, where it undergoes metabolic transformations that result in the production of bioactive compounds such as indole and tryptamine. These compounds, produced by gut microbial enzymes, act as pivotal intermediates influencing GI motility, intestinal secretion, and even immune responses. The gut enzyme tryptophanase, expressed by a var...

The Benefits of Akkermansia for Gut Health and Beyond

The Benefits of Akkermansia for Gut Health and Beyond Akkermansia muciniphila, a name that might sound unfamiliar to many, is a bacterium residing in the human gut that has started to gain recognition in the field of health and nutrition. This bacterium, part of the Verrucomicrobia phylum, plays a pivotal role in maintaining the mucosal lining of the gut, impacting metabolic health, diabetes management, and weight regulation. For nutrition enthusiasts and health professionals, understanding the benefits of Akkermansia can open new doors to optimized gut health and overall wellness. Akkermansia muciniphila is a gram-negative, obligate anaerobic bacterium that specializes in degrading mucin, a component of the mucus lining of the gut. This unique ability positions Akkermansia as a crucial player in maintaining the integrity of the mucosal barrier. According to Cani (2017), the gut microbiota lies at the intersection of various physiological processes, and Akkermansia’s role is no exc...

The Power of Fiber in Your Diet

The Power of Fiber in Your Diet Introduction In the realm of health and wellness, fiber often assumes the role of the unsung hero. While vitamins and minerals frequently steal the spotlight, dietary fiber quietly performs its vital functions. From managing blood sugar levels to supporting digestive health, the benefits of fiber are manifold. For health enthusiasts and those keen on optimizing their gut health, understanding the different types of fiber and their specific benefits is crucial. What is Dietary Fiber? Dietary fiber, also known as roughage, is the part of plant foods that our bodies cannot digest. Unlike fats, proteins, or carbohydrates, which our bodies break down and absorb, fiber passes relatively intact through our stomach, small intestine, and colon and out of our body. It is primarily classified into two types based on its solubility in water: soluble and insoluble fiber. Each type offers unique benefits and plays different roles in maintaining our overall healt...
