Gas and bloating can be highly uncomfortable and next to constipation; it is one of the most common complaints.
Several reasons could cause gas and bloat:
Examples include constipation, enzyme deficiency, food
intolerance, food allergy, food sensitivity, imbalance in the microbiome, and
poor diet. Identifying why or what causes bloating can be frustrating.
