  Fermented Food and Kombucha Fermented food has been around for decades and can be very helpful when rebuilding the microbiome. What about Kombucha? If one is drinking them as a probiotic, there are better ways to get in the bacteria; Kombucha is a great healthy drink; yes, they contain some healthy bacteria and sugar.
