The truth behind what we eat, and why is important to have healthy digestion, and what can we do to improve our digestion. A lot of people including myself struggle with eating disorders in one form or another. There is a phrase I like to use one is to many and a thousand is never enough. At least when it comes to those addictive behaviors around food, such as sugar which I refer to as crack. Or the carbo craze.. Now I am a firm believer in celebration and treats but even at that there is a healthy way to go about that. There are treats that even nourish our bodies as I will go into further later on. If we looked at food as gas or fuel to fuel our bodies rather than what makes us feel good. Food is not our enemy or for taste rather its for nutrients it is the component that gives us life energy and stamina.
