Food that Is not only nutritious but is full of energy you fill full of life after you eat. I try to eat for complete nutrients every meal. This is absolutely one of my favorite. Sweat potatoes for it richness in vitamin A and fiber, it is also a fruit believe it or not and it has a smooth creamy flavor that I absolutely love, Sauerkraut high in pro biotic to aid in digestion and I the tangy biter taste gives a wonder contrasting flavor to the the egg white that are high in protein,and mushrooms and onion which are rich in selenium and rich in b vitamins. all Mixed together with my Home made Salsa which I could write a whole article on why salsa is amazingly good for us. 

Placed on top of a kale, mustard Green Italian parsley mixture, which high in anti-oxidant, and vitamin  a,k b-6 and iron and to many to mention. Now on to my absolute favorite Sprouts which I believe is the hidden secret of today!!! There is Sunflower, pea alfalfa, and broccoli ( home made by the way)  sprouts which are not only vitamin rich, but the most important fact it they are extremely high in enzymes they help take all our protein to our muscles. They are the vehicle that helps us digest and helps a takes our food to our muscles. A lot of people will go to the store an bye enzymes to help them digest food, why  not get it in the food that we eat? Lastly I eat avocado not only because it's one of the healthiest fats we can consume and we can have lots of wonderful benefits from eat avocado daily. I love the creamy texture topping off my breakfast. Try it you Like it but better that that you'll Feel GOOOOD!
