This Year has been a Year of transformation and change, letting go of of resistance and ego. The is a part of me that has a deep desire to impact the universe, and it's been calling me for some time now. As a mater of fact for as long as i can remember. I can remember as a small child dreaming of being on stage teaching and being a spiritual leader, author, and i can remember motivating a large audience. The voice and the knowingness has always been deep in my soul, as it has been my souls contract. Why have I resisted and stood in my way and well taken what appeared to be the easy way...or the shinny more attractive way has done nothing but ended me and others in nothing but pain and misery. Like a tornado tearing through a suburb family home. Someone once told me Wendy when you are in the light you light up an entire you but when you are in the dark you black out and entire city... Today I have realized what I have been called hear to do there is no doubt in my mind and I honored and willing to be of service to you great universe.Show me he way I am you vessel i am your instrument. How Stress Impacts the Microbiome, SIBO, and IMO

How Stress Impacts the Microbiome, SIBO, and IMO Stress has long been recognized as a driver of imbalance in the human body, but its effects on the gut—and specifically on conditions like Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) and Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth (IMO)—are profound. Emerging research highlights the intricate relationship between stress, gut health, and these overgrowth conditions, revealing how the gut and brain communicate in ways that significantly influence our well-being. The Role of Stress and the HPA Axis in Gut Health Stress triggers a cascade of physiological responses, largely mediated by the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. This central stress-response system regulates the release of cortisol, a hormone designed to help the body respond to stress. However, chronic stress can dysregulate this axis, leading to prolonged elevate...

My hypothesis: This resistance stems from (1) outdated medical training, (2) variability in hydrotherapy practices, and (3) misinformation around safety and efficacy. Yet the scientific literature increasingly supports CHT as a gentle, effective method for relieving constipation, improving quality of life, and even...
