The truth is I have recently got through a huge transformation, I left a relationship, I gave up anything and everything that I thought meant anything to me. All those things where keeping me lost and confused and I was in prison.

I am free from my own insanity. The truth is, and has always been I am a Hippie and I am passionate about health and nutrition I mean real health and nutrition not the FDA bull shit I mean the  go back to when we all worked together and grew our own food and traded commodities. That's what i mean, lets heal our hearts, minds bodies, together.

Living a health lifestyle today, let face it is not easy and it is definitely not cheap... but either is going to the doctor or sitting in the doctors office. I am committed to my truths today. I became sick, mentally sick, today I am  living in my truth and being responsible for what I know. I am grateful for the gift I have been given, love sharing them with others, and learning along the way.
